1. [Purchasing] I’m new to Kickstarter! How does this all work?
To place a pledge for Santa v Krampus, click the “Back This Project” button at the top right of the page and follow the instructions there. At the end of the campaign, Kickstarter will bill you for the value of your pledge. Soon thereafter you will receive a survey that confirms your shipping address, as well as the details of what you wanted to pledge for; this is where your final shipping charge will be calculated and billed. Dice Throne: Santa v Krampus is already designed, tested, and illustrated; it will be manufactured, shipped, and we hope to deliver copies to backers in December 2022. 2. [Purchasing] How much do I have to pledge to get access to the pledge manager, while locking in Kickstarter pricing?
Pledging any amount will give you access to the pledge manager. However, some products may only have a limited quantity available in the pledge manager.

If you pledge additional funds now, you will have access to them in the pledge manager to use as needed.

4. [Purchasing] Can I order or pledge for just the physical Season Two Leaflet Patch Kit?
The pledge manager will offer the physical leaflet as a free add-on for all pledges for at least the Battle Box. It will be available as a separate purchase or add-on after fulfillment.

Non-licensed Dice Throne games and some accessories will be available in the pledge manager. Due to separate logistics, other Roxley titles can be ordered from roxley.com.

7. [Purchasing] If I am in Europe, where will this ship from? Will I have to pay VAT?
European destinations will be fulfilled from the UK. VAT for UK and EU customers will be collected in the pledge manager, so you will not have to pay to receive the game after it has shipped.

8. [General] Can I get a Print & Play version of these? Is there an online version?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide digital or print and play options for this campaign. A limited selection of Dice Throne heroes are available for Tabletop Simulator at tts.dicethrone.com and to print and play at pnp.dicethrone.com.

10. [Localization] Will this be available in other languages?
Not during this campaign. We definitely want it to be in the future, and Dice Throne continues to work with partner publishers in many countries for localized versions of all of our games, but these will be confirmed in the future.

11. [General] How many cards are there in each game box?
The standard cards in Dice Throne are “bridge size”, 57.5mm x 89mm. Each Battle Chest has approximately 270 of these cards. Dice Throne Adventures has about 180 loot cards and 168 boss cards that are this size. Santa v Krampus has about 70 of these cards.

There are cardboard standees for both characters included in the game. (standee bases are not included)

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
