Many of you have started receiving your products and sharing photos online, which is awesome to see!
We know that raises questions for those who have not yet received tracking information. Please, if you have not received your tracking information yet, do not email us or the fulfillment center asking for an update unless we have said that all shipments have been sent out for your region. Let's look at our regional updates now...
WAVE 1 includes all pledges and pre-orders finalized by September 30. Pledges finalized after this date will be in WAVE 2, beginning after WAVE 1 is complete in each region. Tracking emails go to the email address used by your Kickstarter account at the time you pledged and may end up in your spam/promotional folders.
US - Pledges for US, MX, and PR are being shipped from Funagain logistics in Oregon. Tracking emails go to the email address used by your Kickstarter account at the time you pledged and are being sent from [email protected] with the email heading "requested transaction notification." These may end up in your spam/promotional folders, so please double-check. Funagain is about four weeks into shipping, and with a slight delay, they expect the remaining orders to take about two more weeks to complete. This takes into account US Thanksgiving next week.
ASIA - Pledges are being shipped from VFI Asia. SEA, Israel, and South Africa parcels are being sent via the local hub and may take longer to arrive, depending on the hub shipment schedule. You can see information on your local hub on the VFI Asia website http://vfi.asia/hubs/ under “S” for Santa Krampus. If your country is not listed, it means there is no expected delivery date yet.
AUSTRALIA - Pledges are being shipped from Armarlo distribution. They have prepared 95% of the pledges, and the couriers are picking those up in waves.
EUROPE - Pledges are being shipped by Spiral Galaxy Games. Emails for address verification were sent over the last week, and parcels are expected to start leaving the warehouse next week.
CANADA - Pledges are being shipped by HubTrotter Logistics. Packing and shipping in Canada are expected to start next week.
PARTS REQUESTS - If there are missing/incomplete parts within your game, please fill out the form at parts.dicethrone.com. Replacement parts for items associated with this campaign will not be shipped until fulfillment is complete for that region, to allow the fulfillment center to focus on getting the pledges sent out.
MISSING ITEMS - If there is an item missing from your pledge, please email [email protected] and allow 2-5 business days for us to respond. (European backers, please note that some of your emails do not reach us. It may be best to use Kickstarter messaging for inquiries if you are from Europe and do not receive a response in 2-5 business days). Reminder - The Leaflet Patch Kits were available for free to those who backed the Kickstarter campaign while it was active, and there was a question in the pledge manager that allowed you to choose "yes" or "no" to receive them. Late pledge/preorders through BackerKit did not have the option to receive these for free. Your BackerKit will show each item that is being shipped to you, and you can view that by following these instructions:
BACKERKIT - If you need to check your survey or have never received one, you can check the order using the survey recovery page! You can then enter your email address to receive another survey link.
If you have a BackerKit backer account associated with the email address used to pledge on Kickstarter, you can access your Backer account here.
We have discovered a couple of misprints as people are receiving their pledges.
Santa’s complexity - This should be a “2”, the leaflet is incorrect and the box is correct.
Elf-is Promo Card - The roll objective does not match the activation requirement for “All Shook Up”. To make Elf-is a more challenging minion, use the “All Shook Up” activation requirement (three Swipes and one Chaos) as the roll objective. If you want to make Elf-is a less challenging minion, use the roll objective (two Swipes and two Chaos) as the activation requirement.
*REMINDER* - the promo cards in the Santa’s Workshop promo pack are for use in Dice Throne Adventures.
We have multiple retailers who have backed this project, and they will be receiving their pledges alongside the rest of the backers. This means you may see some stores selling this before receiving your game. While we understand this might feel disappointing, these retailers have pledged alongside you for this project and will receive their pledges simultaneously. This is especially important for this product as, with the tight timeline for Christmas, they have a smaller window to sell these. This product is NOT available in retail distribution, so any retailer with this game backed the Kickstarter.

We know that raises questions for those who have not yet received tracking information. Please, if you have not received your tracking information yet, do not email us asking for an update unless we have said that all shipments have been sent out for your region. Let's look at ou regional updates now...
US - Pledges for US, MX, and PR are being shipped from Funagain logistics in Oregon. We are working with each fulfillment center to determine when they can begin shipping pledges based on the product's arrival and their existing fulfillment schedule. We will have more information in our update in 2 weeks!

TL;DR: Shipping has begun in the US + some photos from the packing center!
The games arrived on the scene with care.
And the packing of boxes filled the air...
And soon, Santa vs Krampus will be there!
We are ecstatic to announce that the US fulfillment center has received all of the new product and has begun shipping these to backers! With that excitement, there are a few important things we want to make a note of as the process continues:
1. The first wave of shipments is only those pledges and pre-orders that finalized their information by September 30. Any backers/late pledges finalized on or after October 1st will be in the second wave of shipping. (This applies to all regions!)
2. There are approximately 8500 shipments in the US, which will take some time. We expect it to take 4-5 weeks for all of these to go out. *ALL REGIONS* PLEASE refrain from emailing us asking about tracking for your pledge until we have announced all shipments in your region.
3. BackerKit:
If you need to check your survey or have never received one, you can check the order using the survey recovery page! You can then enter your email address to receive another survey link.
If you have a BackerKit backer account associated with the email address used to pledge on Kickstarter, you can access your Backer account here.
4. As with all of our projects, we ask the fulfillment center to ship in the most efficient way possible. This means they do not ship by backer number, physical location, shoe size, or any other means. Asking other people their backer number or location will not help determine when your pledge might get packed and shipped.
5. Important contact information:
a. [email protected] is the primary email address to contact us, and we will do our best to respond as quickly as we can, but we ask that you give us 2-5 business days as the volume of emails always increases around this part of fulfillment. (European backers, please note that some of your emails do not reach us. It may be best to use Kickstarter messaging for inquiries if you are from Europe and do not receive a response in 2-5 business days).
c. If you have a parts request, please use the form at parts.dicethrone.com. Parts fulfillment for any Santa/Krampus-related item will be put on hold until all shipments in your region have been sent out.
Other regions - We would love to provide specific information for each region. However, we are still waiting for the product to arrive in those locations and verify that everything is accounted for and ready to start shipping. We hope to have more information to share in the next update!

Looks like we have all been VERY good this year. The forecast for coal in our stockings is low, and our spirits are high. Check out the latest news and updates below!
Any surveys not completed by September 30 will NOT ship with the initial wave of fulfillment. Addresses will be locked on September 30, so we can begin to prepare the information for the fulfillment centers. Address changes after September 30 may delay the delivery of your pledge!
Reminder: Late Pledge Pre-orders do not have a separate survey to complete.
Late Pledge pre-orders will not be available after September 30. Surveys are being locked and charged every 1-2 days to ensure we have the most accurate information.
IMPORTANT: If you want to adjust your pledge, please email [email protected] before September 30, so we can assist with that.
Reminder:Some European emails do not come through to our system. If you do not receive an automatic reply, please message us through Kickstarter directly so we can assist.
